O Heading Southwest é um desafio de Ultra Distância com 1000km e 18.000 metros de subida acumulada.
Parte e termina em Aveiro passando pela Serra da Estrela, o Alto Douro Vinhateiro e o Parque Natural Peneda Gerês.
Temos um máximo de 6 dias para concluir o desafio, em autonomia total, e sem ajuda externa.
Superei os meus limites para terminar este desafio em 3 dias e 19 horas.

Heading Southwest is an ultra-distance challenge with 1,000 km and 18,000 meters of elevation gain.
It starts and ends in Aveiro, passing through Serra da Estrela, the Alto Douro Wine Region, and the Peneda-Gerês National Park.
We have a maximum of 6 days to complete the challenge, fully self-supported and without any external assistance.
I pushed beyond my limits to complete this challenge in 3 days and 19 hours.
