Sirens in St.Louis City are tested twice on the First Monday of the Month at 11:00 and 11:15 AM

Testing Time (s): Twice on the First Monday of the Month at 11:00 & 11:15 AM Weather permitting and on the Missouri Statewide Tornado Drill in March.
Gets activated for: Tornado Warnings and Destructive Severe Thunderstorm warnings.
What Cancels the Test: Bad Weather.
