Here are the ingredients for this Mixed Vegetable parotta
For Gravy
Groundnut oil – 1tbsp
Cashew nuts – 2tbsp
Poppy seeds – 2tsp
Tomato big – 3nos
Sliced Onion big – 1nos
Fennel seeds – 1tsp
Cinnamon and cloves – few
For Dish
Chopped parotta – 4nos
Ghee – 3tbsp
Onion – 2nos
Capsicum – 1nos
Tomato – 1nos
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Channa masala – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Boiled Channa – 2 tbsp
Salt – as required
Sugar – a pinch
Coriander leaves – few
Curry leaves – few
