My Natural Hair Journey-Relaxed to Natural

In this video, I take you back to my younger years,relaxed days and up to today. My natural journey began January 18, 2010 and to this day I am learning more and more about my hair. I chose to share this personal journey with you all because I felt it to be much needed because women as a whole center their day around their hair when in reality, it all starts from within. Its more than just looks and vanity, its about self-acceptance and self-love. We all have our struggles and my hair has ALWAYS been my personal struggle. Ive learned now to leave well-enough alone and to embrace what I already have, yet enjoy the versatility that natural hair has to offer.

My hair as well as myself has undergone MANY changes, as you will see, and today, I share ALL of them with you. This day marks the day of my HEALTHY HAIR JOURNEY. I recently got a new cut and have started fresh for a new approach to achieving healthy, natural hair. Be on the look out for more. Thanks for watching!
