I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend. In today's video, I will be showing you the abundant water spinach I found here in the riverside. Since we have a lot of harvest, I decided to cook delicious recipes using this nutritious vegetables in my humble abode. First, I transformed it into a food that is very well-known, especially during Filipino occasions, which is Lumpia, but with a twist since I added Kangkong in its ingredients. Afterwards, I cooked a delicious and simple fried rice with the addition of Kangkong also. Eating this combination is enjoying the best of two worlds.
