Amtrak 90215 in Santa Fe Springs (1/17/2026) + extras

Here is Amtrak F4OPH NPCU number 90215 blasting its way through Santa Fe Springs.

Earlier in the morning I seen that Amtrak 90215 was on A566. I never really seen 90215 which is why I was kinda on the lookout for it. I knew it was going to return later in the evening on A779. So I ventured out to one of the most famous crossing. The Santa Fe double crossing where it was nice and open. While there were other filmers I already had my spot in mine. After about a hour wait A779 finally rounded the corners about to fly by. It came and went and it was cool to see a NPCU once again here at this location.

Before that some Amtrak, BNSF and metrolink trains came. Nothing cool on the Amtrak and metro links but the BNSF had a treat. the second BNSF going EB had a Montana Rail link unit. This was my third time seeing it and it was a fun unexpected catch. With all this action I decided to call it a day and head home. Thanks for Watching!
