The three components of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement

Wherever there is suffering, Red Cross is there to help.
In a world where conflicts are increasingly frequent and the climate becomes more extreme, the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (The Movement) is playing a more important role in protecting and assisting those vulnerable. The three components of The Movement are the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC); National Societies (NS); and International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (lFRC). Through collaboration and coordination among the three components, The Movement ensures that they can assist in every single crisis, and offer the most appropriate assistance to every vulnerable, thereby alleviating their sufferings.
