Earliest possible would be 7 months, having him ready for the 2026 NFL preseason. The expected timeline for an injury like this is 9 months, which would likely have Patrick Mahomes back in Week 2. The slowest timeline would be 11 months, in which Mahomes would likely miss half of the 2026 NFL season
