Shoulder Mobility Correctives - Day 2
Welcome to Day 2 of your shoulder mobility improvement program! This session builds on the foundational work from Day 1, introducing new movement patterns that further address the thoracic spine and shoulder restrictions identified in your Functional Movement Screen (FMS).
As you progress through your corrective program, we're layering in more challenging positions and movement combinations. These exercises continue to target the root causes of shoulder mobility limitations—breathing mechanics, thoracic spine rotation, and integrated movement patterns—while adding complexity to accelerate your improvements.
In This Video You'll Learn:
✅ Hook Lying Breathing - Advanced breathing position that enhances posterior rib expansion and pelvic positioning
✅ T-Spine Rotation with Reach - Progressive rotation pattern that emphasizes active reaching to improve functional range
