After I got L004 at Bearfoot Road, we continued on to the crossing I was looking forward to the most; the intersection of Sterling Street and Meadow Road in Lancaster. Not too long after I got there, L004 showed up.
This crossing is a classic NYNH&H install that has had the lights replaced, as well as the nearest cantilever and rightmost mast signal replaced. The other cantilever is a rare WRRS-style Griswold cantilever. The bell however, is the star of the show, as it’s an extremely rare WRRS mini bell, the first one I’ve heard/seen in person (but not the last!). This crossing was one of the reasons I wanted to come out to New England (along with visiting family), so I’m glad I got to film it!
