This is Zombie Boy, which requires you to complete all of the Rapture dark world (5th world but buffed) without dying. I found that this was the achievement where the difficulty really started to spike up. This was considerably harder than Maggot Boy since you couldn't cheese as many of the levels and all of the levels were just harder in general. I honestly didn't expect to get this one as fast as I did but the few hours that I spent practicing right after getting Maggot Boy seemed to really pay off. I guess there's not really much else to say about this one except that level 15 sucks ass.
