Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) joins MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell to discuss his seven-page ethics complaint against Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito for what Sen. Whitehouse calls “a flagrant violation of an ethics tenant” after Justice Alito publicly questioned Congress’s authority to impose a code of ethics on the Supreme Court.
