You may have heard Aaron Rodgers talk about it or read it in Will Smith's autobiography. Ayahuasca does not taste good, it can make you vomit, hallucinate, and face some very difficult or even scary situations. So WHY do people venture out into the jungle to drink it?
I just finished an ayahuasca retreat in the Amazon jungle (near Pucallpa, Peru) and I wanted to share some initial thoughts about the intentions that people bring to ayahuasca ceremonies.
