"A Rag Oddity, March and Two Step". Many, including myself, would consider this to be the best rag ever written by a woman. I'll go a step further and just say it is one of the best rags ever written by anybody. It sold over two million copies of sheet music back in the days when sheet music was the main way people purchased music.

One of three rags published by Adaline Shepherd, who resided in Milwaukee, Wisconsin all of her adult life. Like so many other talented women composers, her compositional output mostly stopped after marriage. Published by Joseph Flanner in Milwaukee in 1906.

This is a reproduction of the original score, no changes were made. The first round of the D strain is marked "8va" in both hands and can presumably be played an octave higher than scored, although in my opinion it sounds better if not doing so.
