GMC Canyon - Chassis Module Not Communicating - Kind Of??

In this video I have a look at a customers 2016 GMC Canyon 3.6 that has an engine light on and a code U0109 for loss of communication with the Chassis Control Module. Only takes a few tests to determine what was going on but with backorder parts back on the horizon it's not looking good for this guy.
