The Secret to Poi Antispin Flowers

Poi Anti Spin Flowers are the cornerstone of a lot of more advanced poi tricks. Here I break down my favorite method for teaching antispin flowers with either 3 or 4 petals. I think these techniques make it easier for beginner poi spinners to pick up these moves and to flow more freely with them. Poi antispin flowers are essentially for more techy moves down the road like CAPs, hybrids, and more (plus they look cool) so it's important to incorporate these early as you learn poi spinning.
