Ingredients
1kg minced meat
2 cups bread crumbs
¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 minced onions
4tbsp minced garlic
3tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp coriander leaves
Chili optional
2 medium grated carrots
1tbsp paprika
1tbsp ginger powder
1 tbsp. cumin power
1tbsp coriander powder
1tbsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2 chicken bouillon cubes
70g tomato paste
Others
¾ cup maize flour for rolling
Oil for frying
10 -12 eggs for coating
