When you step into the new Pearl Street Family YMCA on January 1, you’ll find the Liz Rocks Climbing Wall: a tribute to Liz Daley, whose love for adventure and the outdoors continues to inspire our community.
Once the new climbing wall area is complete with finishing touches, it will be a vibrant and bold space, just like Liz. Climbers will learn about outdoor principles like “pack in, pack out,” and can try indoor crack climbing, a rarity for indoor climbing walls.
