8 Different Roles You Need to Play in Your Coaching Business – from the CEO to the Janitor

When I started my coaching business back in 2017, I thought I would be spending the majority of my working week engaged in coaching conversations. The reality, as I soon discovered, was that only about 30% of my time was spent coaching. The rest was dedicated to running the business and wearing many hats in addition to that of a coach.

In this video I share with you the 8 different roles I need to play in my business as a coach, from the CEO to the janitor. You can expect to have to play some of these roles too if you run a coaching business.
