How to maintain to make the UV inkjet printer nozzle service life longer?

UV inkjet printers have brought wealth to the majority of companies, but there are also a small number of customers who are annoyed because the print nozzles do not know how to maintain and cause blockage. When the company is on holiday, the UV inkjet printer has not been used for a period of time, which will cause the nozzle to be blocked.
There are several steps in the maintenance of UV inkjet printer nozzles:
Step 1: Draw out the cleaning solution with a syringe, close the valve of the secondary ink cartridge, and close the valve between the secondary ink cartridge and the print head.
Step 2: Find the exhaust hole of each print head, one print head has two channels, and clean one by one from the first nozzle. Open the stopper of the ink tube, and slowly squeeze the cleaning solution into the tube with a syringe without too much force. Use the same method to continue to squeeze the cleaning solution into the ink tube, and at the same time squeeze the cleaning solution into the ink tube in three syringes. After the cleaning liquid of the third syringe is squeezed into the ink tube, use an empty syringe to pump air into the ink tube, and repeatedly pump the air in the print head.

Step 3: After cleaning the print head, you need to apply moisturizer to the nozzle. In the video, the black bottle is the moisturizing liquid. Use the same method to fill the moisturizing liquid into the syringe, and then squeeze the moisturizing liquid in the syringe into the ink tube. Let the nozzle of the UV inkjet printer have moisturizing liquid in it. Twist the plug back on after injecting the moisturizer.
The way to maintain each nozzle is to clean it several times, then apply air and moisturizer.
Step 4: The next step is to clean the nozzles on the surface of the print head. Need to use prepared sponge and dust-free cloth. Put 5-6 dust-free cloths on the sponge, and fill the dust-free cloth with moisturizing liquid. Then adjust the height of the nozzle and move the nozzle directly above the dust-free cloth. Slowly lower the applicator until it touches the moisturizer on the lint-free cloth. Keep the nozzle in a moisturizing state.
