LEVEL 5 - CORE TRAINING

The core muscle imagine it as a cylinder, the walls of cylinder are the oblique abdominal muscle which form the deep muscle corset ( transverse, internal & external oblique and multifidus muscle). The top of cylinder is formed by the diaphragm, a sheey of muscle tissue which cuts the body in half and is found beneath the chest and above tummy, this muscle enables us to breath and pulling air into the lungs and forcing it out again like a pair below. The floor of cylinder is formed by the pelvic floor muscle, the one which makes us hold on when we are desperate to go to toilet but cant find the bathroom. Heavy lift or rapid movement of trunk result in stronger muscle contraction and to pressure produced by the abdominal baloon is greater this is called intra abdominal pressure, more importantly able to hold the area firm for long periods, hence core endurance is important for the core stability

👉 Cordination and timing between several muscle is required to create an effective abdominal baloon.
👉This episode purely sports specific, sports players can concentrate this exercises
