Enjoy tasty fish fry and still lose weight!
Today we are sharing a special Goan-style Recheado Fish Fry made with Bangda (Mackerel), perfect for your weight loss journey.

This recipe is made using healthy ingredients like roasted spices, homemade recheado masala, and cooked in desi ghee or coconut oil — ideal for fat loss and full of flavor!

🐟 Ingredients for Recheado Masala:
Sabut Dhania (Coriander seeds)
Lehsun (Garlic)
Jeera (Cumin)
Adrak (Ginger)
Khade Masale: Dalchini (Cinnamon), Long (Cloves), Kali Mirch (Black Pepper)
Onion – 1 large (roasted)
Kashmiri Lal Mirch – soaked in sugar water (for mild flavor)
Vinegar – 16 ml
Salt, Haldi Powder, and Red Chili Powder (as per taste)

🧂 Preparation Steps:
1. Clean the Bangda (Mackerel) thoroughly and slit it from the center.
2. Marinate with:
Salt (as per taste)
Haldi powder
Red chili powder
3. Prepare the Recheado Masala:
Roast sabut dhania, jeera, lehsun, adrak, onion, and khade masale
Blend them with soaked Kashmiri mirch and 16ml vinegar to make a smooth paste
4. Stuff the Fish:
Fill the masala paste into the cuts of the fish
5. Frying:
Shallow fry the stuffed fish in desi ghee or coconut oil till golden brown
