This 20-minute Yoga-Pilates class is designed to support the root chakra, guiding you back into a sense of grounding, stability and safety in the body.
Through slow, intentional movement and twisting sequences, we release what no longer serves, releasing tension, stagnation and excess mental noise. The twists support digestion, circulation and nervous-system regulation, before gently bringing you back to centre.
This practice is about reconnecting to the earth beneath you, feeling supported, and returning to a place of steadiness and inner balance.
Perfect when you feel scattered, ungrounded, or in need of a reset.
