The Infinimist Necromancer has always been a top contender for the strongest build available but it always had one problem. It's boss kill speed was abyssmal. This would firmly plant it in the F Tier for Bossing and aggravate many players who loved the build, enjoyed the S Tier speedfarming and Dungeon clearing potential, but get hung up on Bosses and tanky elites. This was my biggest concern in Season 2 since the meta now includes Bossing as a primary form of target farming. BUT! The addition of X'Fal's Corroded Signet greatly improves our kill speed in both density and against bosses, while a sneaky Vampire Power makes it so that you can reliably critically strike 100% of the time with your procced damage. All in all the kill speed from this one item and vampire power brings it firmly up into the high C Tier. That might not seem great, but in contrast to its previous potential, is night and day!
