To make composite horizontal stabilizer and vertical stabilizer from this #dlg glider
I used the half molding vacuum bagging technique. So just use the bottom molding.
For the core I used XPS blue foam and the cover used 48gsm fiberglass
I use the ht22 from Mark Drela for the horizontal stab #airfoil And HT23 airfoil for #f3k vertical stabilizer. For the Kevlar hinge I used 60gsm Kevlar.

04:00 layup mylar with 48gsm cloth
06:43 bottom molding tail
09:38 remove esses resin with toilet tissue
10:52 suck up resin with vacuum bagging
12:03 closed mylar and molding
15:25 put molding in vacuum bagging
