Christmas Taco Ingredients:

3 pounds of beef brisket
Chili and adobo sauce
1 pc. lime (squeezed)
6 gloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 white onion
2 tbsp. Apple Cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Oregano flakes
1 tbsp. Cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon cloves powder
3 teaspoons of sea salt
1/4 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
1 cup beef stock
