I finally finished my studio remodel enough to start building my jeweler's bench! This is part one- cutting most of it out and getting the pieces scorched before sanding.
This design is based on Daniel Miller's, seen in his video "How to Build a Jeweler's Bench for Under $100".
I'm going to tweak it a little to meet my needs.
I'm using shou sugi ban style coloring (I know that isn't what I'm actually doing, fellow pedants), after being inspired by Jim and Jess over at the Green Dream Project, and I'm using Keda aniline wood dyes (#notspons), following instructions given by them over on their youtube channel.
