Ramona Yacef is a DJ and music producer born in Turin, Italy, with a deep-rooted passion for music that began at 5 when she started playing the piano. Her early exposure to music evolved into a career in electronic music, particularly house and techno.
She became a key figure in the Italian underground scene, working with the collective We Play The Music We Love. Eventually, Yacef relocated to Paris, where she gained further recognition, playing at prominent clubs such as Concrete, Rex Club, and international venues like Output in New York, CDV and Sunwaves Festival to name just a few.
She has collaborated and released on Ruta5 with Ricardo Villalobos and Dandy Jack. She has also released on her reputable label, Lescale Recordings, which emphasizes quality and authenticity in electronic music, drawing inspiration from themes of travel and musical exploration.
Ramona Yacef splits her time between the studio, live shows, and her residency on Radio Raheem, while frequently collaborating with the Crazy Jack crew.
