Good leadership is a skill, and that is a given. What may not be a given is how leadership needs to evole to still work and make sense in the future.
As automation and AI take away major burdens for managers, the expectation (societal and work-related) is that managers shift more time and focus onto supporting their team and help them perform better while growing - and that comes with a new set of issues, namely the fact that no managers have been asked to deal with these issues at such a massive level.
DUring this session we will look at how a leader-member relationship looks like, what elements it's built on, and most importantly how any manager can trigger the most important ones to be the manager their team needs. All - of course - science and data-backed.
