Recipe:
1 Lb of Chicken thighs (chopped into bite-size pieces, and remove the skin.)
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 eggs
Sauce:
1/2 cup of fresh orange juice
The skin of three oranges
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon garam masala( I added this off screen and it adds so much flavor)
1 tsp gochujang paste
3 cloves garlice minced
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup mollasses
3tbs cold water
1 tbs Cornstarch
