For all the light lovers! Get cozy and relax to some classic light triggers to help calm your mind 💤 I used a variety of lights including some simple instructions to follow and examination triggers. Also SO sorry about the edits, there was a lot of background noiseson this day! And a strange humming sound, I couldn't figure out where it was coming from..but I hope you enjoy 🤍
