-225gr of total water (1 : 15)
-93 Celsius of water (for light roast coffee)
-Rinse the filter paper with room temperature water
-Recommended paper: regular vcf-01-40w Hario V60 Paper Filter (without protusion on the side)

1. Open the switch
2. Bloom 50gr for 40s-1min30s (depend on gas of roasted coffee)
3. Close the switch
4. Quick center pour until 150gr
5. Immerse for 1min
6. Open the switch, wait until the water totally drawn
7. Slow center pour without agitation until 200gr
8. Wait until the water remains a little
9. Slow center pour without agitation until 225gr
10. Swirl the server and ENJOY the coffee at 4 : 00
