Gliding - Happy up here

Today, 5. may 2009, we celebrate 100 years of air sports in Norway. Congratulations!

After a cold winter here in Norway, it's now time to release Hypoxia Film's last project. These clips are recorded between November and April 2008/2009. This years winterflying is probably the first in our club for many many years. For us youths, it's a great experience just to fly on a runway covered with 15-20 cm of dry snow. Os Aero Klubb's new Duo Discus XLT (fall 2008) did a great job in the cold conditions. The waves were great too, but unfortunatly we don't have any oxygen equipment. We even flew on 31th Descember, as you may see in the film... In totat we recorded 12 hours of film, the clips shown here are some of the best ones... Special thanks to the youths of Os Aero Klubb, but also the instructors and towing pilots.

The last clip:
It was a misunderstanding. The Duo Discus pilot didn't know about the camera that were placed on runway centerline. But what is the chance? He smashed it! Is this the end of Hypoxia Film?
