I never thought my faith could turn against me — but that’s what living with religious OCD (scrupulosity) can feel like. It’s the constant fear of sinning, of not being “good enough” for God, of somehow losing salvation over every thought or action.
My journey from protestant to Catholic wasn't easy with Scrupulosity but thank God he guided me.
