Simmered apple with kudzu✿Japanese Food Recipes TV

Описание:

An apple contains a lot of citric acid to promote the metabolism.
The combination of kuzu starch and apple removes the fatigue stuff and control the energy consumption.
Likeweise, when you don't feel like eating anything or would like to have a rest, it plays a big roll

Ingredients:Apple, Water Apple juice Kuzdu starch powder

The apple should be peeled, soaked in 3% salt water and cut into wedges.

✥Ingredients✥ for a serving

Apple: 1
Kudzu starch powder: 1 1/2 tablespoons (dissolve with 5 tablespoons apple juice)
Water: 3 tablespoons

✥Procedure✥(5 minutes)

[1]Prepare an acid proof pot like a porcelain enamel pan.

[2]Peel the apple, cut into wedges and soal in 3% salt water.

[3]Put the apple in the pot.
Pour 3 teblespoons water and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Put the lid onto it and steam.

[4]Meanwhile dissolve the kudzu starch powder twice or three times with apple juice.

[5]When the apple gets steamed well and transparent, pour the dissolved kudzu starch.
Boil for 30 seconds - 1 minute while mixing with a spatula and then turn down the fire.

✍Serve it beautifully and it can be a desert.
Besides the apple and kudzu starch are useful as also
a main dish, when you feel a stomackache or sick.
It is such a brilliant dish for the digestion and mucuous membrane
that we can say it helps us to become healthy again quickly
