Matthew and Michael join TMS RoundTable to chat about the beginning days of Dr John Sarno and his groundbreaking treatment of Tension Myositis Syndrome.
Matthew's Story
I read the Mindbody prescription in 2003 after a lifetime of MBS symptoms. I saw Dr. Sarno in 2004. In the last 18 years I am about 90% symptom free.
I continue to do my “TMS” work daily and in 2009 I got involved TMSWiki.wetpaint.com (the predecessor to the TMSwiki).
In 2010 I collaborated with Rob Munger of the TMSwiki and we create and produce a live online panel similar to the ones Dr. Sarno ran in NYC. Since 2011, I have been the Committee Chair for the TMSwiki Peer Chat Sessions every Saturday @ 3:00 PM EST.
I am the administrator of the Tension Myositis Syndrome FB page
and run a private TMS Zoom group every Sunday.
Currently I practice Mindbody Coaching as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist.
