In our patriarchal society we still shrug the topic of women empowerment under the carpet. The definition nor the need for feminism is understood by the society. The society that fails to respect its women and the one who abuses them will never in true sense achieve the goal of being a developed country. This act sheds light on the need to support women, it nudges the females to raise voice for themselves to help and protect themselves!
