一間牛腩麵檔, 擁有60年歷史,位於斜坡上的鐵皮檔, 售賣牛腩麵而聞名,請不要期望有華麗寬敞的環境,但就是這樣才有風味, 全店也只是四張小圓枱招呼客人, 但湯底肉質卻相當出色, 相信熬製方面下了不少功夫, 特別是提供刁鑽的牛部位選擇,更是碩果僅存。
飲品方面, 竟然還有自家製菊花茶, 當下令我想起婆婆的味道。
此店可比喻為低調又神秘的隱世高人。

There is a beef brisket noodle stall with a 60-year history, located on a sloping hillside. It is known for its delicious beef brisket noodles. Don't expect a fancy or spacious environment, but it is precisely this simplicity that gives it its unique flavor. The entire shop consists of only four small round tables to accommodate customers. However, the quality of the soup base and the tenderness of the meat are outstanding. It is evident that a lot of effort has been put into the broth's preparation, especially in offering a selection of exquisite beef cuts that are hard to find elsewhere.
Surprisingly, they even serve homemade chrysanthemum tea, which reminded me of my grandmother's flavor.
This establishment can be likened to a low-key and mysterious hidden master.
