House of Jithesh by CONFORM STUDIO

The House of Jithesh is a serene residential retreat with distinct architectural features influenced by tropical colonial architecture. The design features intimate and warm living spaces with wide verandahs, a courtyard and covered porches.

It blends heritage colonial charm with modern comforts while featuring Hip roofs with Mangalore clay tiles, warm-white exterior walls, subtle lighting, arched windows, and paving in local granite stone in flagstone pattern.

The interiors are neutral tones with natural textures like teak-wood joinery and furniture getting highlighted. Each room is thoughtfully curated—from the cosy living area with handcrafted wooden furniture to the rustic bedroom with a four-poster bed and lush garden views. The project is a true timeless charm, a statement highlighting tranquillity and mindful living.

The House of Jithesh unfolds as a tranquil residential
retreat, drawing inspiration from tropical colonial
architecture to create spaces that feel both intimate and
enduring. Designed as a warm and welcoming home, the
architecture is defined by generous verandahs, a central
courtyard, and covered porches that encourage slow
living and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions.

Rooted in colonial heritage yet attuned to contemporary
comfort, the residence features sloping hip roofs clad in
traditional Mangalore clay tiles, warm white exterior
walls, and softly lit facades. Arched windows add a
gentle rhythm to the elevation, while locally sourced
granite stone paving laid in a flagstone pattern grounds
the home within its regional context.
