Fun fact: the word “bibimbap” literally means “mixed rice” in Korean.
This dish is different from fried rice but has a couple similarities. My little brother with Down syndrome is a very picky eater but randomly, he loves fried rice. I made this the other day when he was visiting and told him it was fried rice, and… he ate it right up 😂
