【古団地暮らし No.275】トースト&コーヒーと、東京のうつわと調理道具の展示会

記録的な猛暑続きですが、皆さまいかがお過ごしでしょうか。
まだまだ暑さは続くようですので、どうぞ気をつけてお過ごしくださいね。

さて、今回は手作りジャム2種類を楽しむトースト&コーヒーから始まり、きゅうりが収穫ピークを迎え消費が追いつかないため、晩酌はきゅうりを使ったメニューに。
私も初めての試みですが、麻婆きゅうり&茄子を作ってみました。
手作りの豆板醤を使い、スパイスミルで挽いた山椒で仕上げました。
そして、この動画で時々登場するにんにくポットを作った陶芸家千田稚子さんの展示会へ行き、スパイスミルとフレンチカップを買ってきました。
フレンチカップはコーヒーカップや小鉢など、いろいろな用途で楽しめそうです。
コーヒーでも飲みながら、お酒を飲みながら一緒に楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです♪

We've been experiencing record-breaking heatwaves, so how are you all doing?
It looks like the heat will continue for a while longer, so please be careful.

This time, we started with toast and coffee to enjoy two kinds of homemade jam, and since cucumbers are at their peak harvest and we can't keep up with consumption, we decided to have a cucumber-based dish for our evening drinks.
This was my first attempt, but I made mapo cucumber and eggplant.
I used homemade chili bean paste and finished it with sansho pepper ground in a spice mill.
I also went to an exhibition by ceramic artist Wakako Senda, who creates the garlic pots that occasionally appear in these videos, and bought a spice mill and a French cup.
The French cups can be used for a variety of purposes, such as as a coffee cup or a small bowl.
I hope you enjoy them while sipping coffee or a drink ♪
