Brie or Camembert cheese
Pretzel rods
Honey
Fresh parsley
100 g dried cherries or cranberries
100 g pecans
Slice the cheese into triangular wedges, then cut each wedge in half lengthwise. Insert half of a pretzel stick into the base of each piece to create a small Christmas tree shape.
Finely chop the parsley, dried cherries, and pecans together.
Spread honey onto a plate. Press each cheese tree (cheese side down) into the honey, then coat it in the nut and fruit mixture.
