2024 marks 100 years of Municipal Motorbuses in the City of Leicester with an event at the De Montfort Hall Grounds with a display of 10 to 15 vintage Leicester City Transport buses with trips to and from the Stoneygate Tram Depot and trips to St Philip’s Church to recreate part of a bus route that was used. Event organised by Leicester Transport Heritage Trust
