*At 3:11, "heirs of Abraham" is meant instead of "heirs of David", a reference to Galatians 3:29, "And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s offspring, heirs according to promise."
Our church, as most of the church has done for thousands of years, sings Psalms. We sing others hymns as well, but the Psalms set the standard for our worship music as songs that God inspired for the use of his people. Yet it can be difficult at first to sing them in an understanding manner, interpreting them and applying them to our situation today. In this video, Pastor Bringe gives five principles to help guide us as we sing the Psalms.
