The Iron Rig is the newest update and DLC added to Dredge that is taking the community by storm. This DLC was originally announced in the Roadmap that I have been following and has finally arrived. The Iron Rig might have been built as fast as the phantom shark but that does not mean this new location and its questlines feel rushed.

This official paid expansion introduces a slew of new locations, items, and fish all over the map. If you have the DLC installed it will appear as a huge deep-sea oil rig to the north with no real guide to what is there enticing the player to bravely head head North and see what the lights and location are about.



Dredge is a 2023 indie adventure fishing video game developed by New Zealand studio Black Salt Games and published by Team17. The player controls a fisherman, who encounters increasingly Lovecraftian creatures as he ventures out further into an open-world archipelago.
