재료 Ingredients

짜파게티 Chapagetti
너구리 Neoguri
스테이크 Steak

레시피 Recipe

Fill the pot with 1L of water
1L 정도의 물을 냄비에 넣어주세요
Add the vegetable mix after turning the stove on
건더기는 냄비를 불에 올리자마자 넣어주세요
Cut the steak into bite sized cubes. I used ribeye but choose your favourite steak!
스테이크를 한입 크기로 잘라주세요. 영화에서는 채끝살을 사용했지만 저는 그냥 등심을 사용했어요.
좋아하는 스테이크용 고기를 사용하시면 될거같아요!
Add olive oil to a smoking hot pan
뜨겁게 달궈진 팬에 올리브 오일을 넣어주세요
Put the cubed steak into the hot pan
앞서 잘라 놓았던 스테이크를 팬에 넣어주세요
Add salt and pepper to season
소금과 후추를 알맞게 넣어주세요
Cook each sides for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and just leave it in the pan
양쪽을 각 1분씩 구운뒤 불을 끄고 팬에 그냥 두세요
Add noodles to the boiling water and cook for 4 minutes
물이 끓기 시작하면 면을 넣고 4분동안 잘 저어주며 끓여주세요
Drain water but leave some water for the sauce
냄비에 소량의 물을 남기고 나머지 물을 버려주세요
Add all of the Chapagetti sauce mix and ½ of the Neoguri soup mix to the noodles and put it back on the stove and mix well
짜파게티 분말스프 전부와 ½분량의 너구리 분말스프를 넣어
다시 불에 올려 1분 30초 정도 잘 섞어주세요
Add the steak to the noodles and mix it together
스테이크를 짜파구리에 넣어주시고 같이 잘 섞어주세요
Add the vegetable oil from Chapagetti. I should've added this with the sauce mix but I forgot to!
짜파게티에 포함된 오일을 넣어주세요 분말스프들과 같이 넣었어야 되는데 제가 깜박해서 늦게 넣었어요
