This week we will finally see how the story continues in Garten of Banban 8, but before that we have one chapter left on the rewind in 4K. Chapter 7 in my opinion is one of the best games that the Euphoric Brothers have made. There is just something very special about it that appeals to me and that is the vibe and atmosphere. I love detective noir games and this entire entry feels very jazzy and noir in its setting. We actually head to a city that is inhabited with green aliens and need to find a witness who has seen Jumbo Josh.
We head to shady bars, dark alleyway, run down motels and more. Chapter 7 feels more like an adventure game since you will be doing a lot of exploring, solving puzzles and talking to different characters rather than performing minigames. There are still minigames towards the end of the game, but in general it feels like an adventure game that is very well paced. It was awesome to revisit it and hope to do so many times in the future.
