Ingredients:
1 cup powdered milk (or 125g)
1/2 cup boiling water (120ml)
3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g) however, you are in control if you want less
2 tbsp unsalted butter (optional, for creaminess)

For Double the Batch:
2 cups powdered milk (250g) I used whole - you can use semi
1 cup boiling water (240ml)
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (300g)
4 tbsp unsalted butter (optional for extra creaminess)

The method stays the same — blend it for 2-3 minutes.

💡 Pro Tip:
If the mixture feels thick, add 1-2 extra tablespoons of boiling water while blending for perfect consistency.

NOTE: semi-skimmed milk powder or dairy creamer can be used. However, creamer is normally sweetened.

Using regular milk involves simmering and reducing for 20-30 minutes, so while it works well, it's more effort and time-consuming. Ingredients: 2 cups whole milk (480ml)
2/3 cup granulated sugar (135g) 2 tbsp unsalted butter (optional for extra creaminess) Let it cool to room temperature — it will thicken further as it cools. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
