09:11 What options do we have if we cannot verify any damage to our home? We are still in Evacuation level 3 and our insurance will not extend our hotel stay?

12:15: Where should people turn if they have been charged an excessive price for a good or service like gas or lodging?

12:32: Are homeowners able to use whatever companies we choose for repairs/remediation or are we required to use only recommended companies?
