HELP! I cant install Cabinet Vision

Two months ago, the phone started ringing off the proverbial hook.... "Bruce, help! I can't re-install my older version of Cabinet Vision" I got calls from Cabinet Vision 11 shops and Cabinet Vision 2023 shops.
